Dolly the Sheep is unique to the National Museum of Scotland. An important part of Scottish and wider science history, she remains an approachable figure to capture the imagination of children – creating an ideal opportunity for meaningful merchandising in their gift shops.

Counting sheep anyone?

Dolly proved the success of a pioneering mammal cloning technique – being the only surviving lamb from 277 attempts. In homage to this process, Dolly and 276 of her tiny and uniquely illustrated sheep pals are let loose on popup versions of famous Edinburgh landmarks.

Where’s Dolly?

Using the pop out magnifying ear tag, children and their parents alike can search for Dolly throughout her hometown. Psst: I heard she loved her science – have you checked the museum?
